1What time does the gate open?
Gates open at 12pm.
2Is there parking on-site?
Yes, The Festival has a designated parking area, alternatively the stadium has parkades within walking distance. Secure street parking is also available in the evening.
3 Are there alternatives to driving to the Stadium?
Public transport.
4What can I bring with me?
  • Only one small hand held cooler (ice to be sold on site)
  • Maximum size for individual blankets (Windhoek Jazz Festival blankets for sale on site)
  • Low-backed chairs only to ensure good viewing for others
  • No beach umbrellas, tripods or anything that could obstruct the view of others
  • No held still cameras
  • No glass containers admitted. All coolers will be searched
  • No alcohol (Alcohol to be sold on site)
  • No Pets, No fireworks. No weapons

9I am a photographer can I bring my gear and shoot the artists on stage?
Professional photography and recording equipment is prohibited. Only official Festival-approved photographers are permitted to take photographs.
10That band rocked can I buy their album and t-shirt somewhere?
There is a merchandise and cd sales corner in front of the artist tent you can buy one there.
